Loma Prieta 2025 District Pinewood Derby

Now is the time to graphite your axels, touch up your paint, and get ready to race your Pinewood derby cars at the district Pinewood derby at the Capitola Mall!

When: March 23th, 2025 Registration opens at 1:30pm and Racing starts at 2:30pm

Where: Capitola Mall 1855 41st St. Capitola 

Who:  All Cub Scouts, bridging AOLs and guests.  Bring a friend!

There is a $10.00 entry fee per car.  Awards for the 3 fastest cars plus design awards: Best paint job, Fastest Looking Car, Scout Spirit. 

And after the races this year we are introducing build and race your own Lego car! We will provide Lego bases for you to use and legos.  Build them, race them, brake them apart and do it again!
