Join us for the Council's biggest celebration of Scouting with an evening of fellowship, inspiration, and fun. This special evening recognizes our recent class of Eagle Scouts and volunteers who have been nominated by their peers for the Silver Beaver Award.

When: February 23, 2024. Eagle Scout Showcase begins at 5:30pm

Our keynote speaker is Michael B. Surbaugh, the 13th Chief Scout Executive of the Boy Scouts of America (retired). Michael was instrumental in shaping the landscape of Scouting as it is today, leading the charge for a more inclusive and welcoming program for all.  

The theme for the Recognition Dinner is Scouting: Recent Past, Present, and Future.

There will be a private reception for all Heritage Society* members prior to the dinner and program.

*Heritage Society was established to recognize individuals that include Scouting in their Estate Planning or make an outright gift to the Endowment Fund of the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council, Boy Scouts of America. For more information, visit here.
