Save the Date for September 19th for the 42nd annual Coastal Cleanup Day!

A Scout is Clean!  Let's make an impact on our waterways by joining all of California for a cleanup day.  

This service project is good for families, dens, packs, troops, patrols, ships, posts, or crews!
Everyone can participate!

Logistics

• 9:00 AM - 12 PM 
• All youth/units need adequate supervision, so make sure that the youth are accompanied by adults.  Please fill out the form with the adult responsible for arranging unit participation.
• Please indicate on the form which area you plan to clean up.  It doesn't have to be the beach- lakes, streams, and ponds work great.  Visit: https://www.coastal.ca.gov/publiced/ccd/ccd.html for ideas.
• Gather reusable cleanup supplies from home.  A bucket and gardening gloves work well.   
• Patches are available for purchase at $3 a patch for your unit.  Please indicate where you would like to pick up the patches.  Patches are available 4-6 weeks after the event.
