Ordeal Candidates

If you ARE NOT a member of the OA yet, choose a light blue Ordeal Candidate sign up type (youth, young adult, or adult).

Eligibility: The eligibility window is 18 months from election - selecting a later ordeal may schedule you outside of your eligibility window. Adult candidates must be nominated by their units, and approved by the Lodge Adult Nomination committee.

What to Bring to Ordeal:  Full Scout uniform, work clothes, work gloves, regular gear for overnight camping. No cooking or eating gear required.

Fee includes food, sash, lodge flap, handbook, and 2025 dues.

Ordeal Staff

If you ARE a member of the OA, choose a red Staff or Brotherhood sign up type (youth, young adult, or adult).

Brotherhood Honor Eligibility: You must have been an Ordeal Member for 6 months by the date of the session. Study Guide Link (ordeal safeguard).

If you are interested in serving as an Elangomat or on the Ceremonies Team, please select the option in your registration information on the next form.

If you have not paid your 2025 OA Dues, you will be required to pay them onsite at a reduced rate of $15. You cannot pay them in this registration; Getting the reduced price requires attendance at the event.
