ScoutHER Camp: From First Campfire to Future Adventures
Calling all Non-Registered Scout moms, registered female leaders, and all Scouting outdoor-curious women!
Ever wanted to feel completely at home in the great outdoors? Camping is at the heart of the Scouting experience, and this is your invitation to master it.
ScoutHER Camp is a beginner-friendly overnight experience designed to build your confidence, teach you practical outdoor skills, and connect you with a supportive community of women in Scouting. No prior camping experience required; just a willingness to learn and have fun!
Event Details
- When: Saturday, September 12 (9:00 AM) – Sunday, September 13, 2026 (12:00 PM)
- Where: Sanborn County Park – Group Camp (16055 Sanborn Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070)
Registration & Fees
- Early Bird Registration: $55 (Register by August 12th!)
- Standard Registration: $65 (August 13-August 27)
- Late Registration: $70 (Starting August 28th)
Registration includes:
- Welcome hot beverage
- Saturday lunch & dinner
- Evening snack around the campfire
- Sunday breakfast
- Overnight campsite accommodations
- All workshops and program materials

Campcraft 101: How to pitch a tent and navigate the world of camping gear.
Outdoor Skills: Basic orienteering, navigation, and First Aid kit essentials.
Eco-Smart Camping: Leave No Trace principles and practical tips for female hygiene in the outdoors.
Community & Fun: Cooking a delicious meal together, enjoying a scenic 2-mile hike, and wrapping up the night with traditional campfire fun!
