 2026 Council Recognition Afternoon Event

Join us for the Council's biggest celebration of Scouting with an afternoon of fellowship, inspiration, and gratitude. This special event celebrates the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council's award-winning achievements in 2025. We will recognize our Silver Beaver Award recipients and the 2025 Class of Eagle Scouts. This is an afternoon to celebrate the achievements and incredible volunteers in our Scouting program.

Silver Beavers Honorees: Madhu Bora, Betty S. Chou, Jean-Paul Hill, Ed Snyder, Doug Wiley, and Mike Winter.

1:00 Registration and Eagle Scout Project Showcase begins at 1:15 p.m. Presentation program at 2:30-4:30 p.m.

Attire: Business Casual / Scout Uniform

The afternoon begins with the Eagle Scout Project Showcase where 2025 Eagle Scouts will share their project stories. Light refreshments and appetizers will be served. The program, beginning at 2:30 p.m., will feature the Eagle Scouts walking across the stage to accept congratulations.  The Silver Beavers will be celebrated, and other council awards will be presented. The latest Council updates and successes will be shared by our Council President Steven Henkenmeier. 

Tickets and Sponsorship Information:

• Guests: $50 - Please register early. Price goes up on April 14, 2026.
• 2025 Eagle Scouts: Complimentary with registration before April 20, 2026. Generous donors make this possible!

       ***Complimentary hotel parking is included in your ticket price. 

• Double Star Sponsorship: $100 - Sponsors TWO Eagle Scouts to attend our event
• Quadruple Star Sponsorship: $200 - Sponsors FOUR Eagle Scouts to attend our event
• Red Sponsorship: $250 - One-page business or tribute ad in digital program book  
• White Sponsorship: $150 - Half-page business or tribute ad in digital program book
• Blue Sponsorship: $100 - Quarter-page business or tribute ad in digital program book
