A Consultation with Council Leaders

The Strategic Planning Support Team is excited to offer a series of interactive sessions in support of the implementation of that Five Year Strategic Plan The objective of the sessions is to engage “grass-roots” ideas and participation, yielding:

• Awareness and understanding by unit leaders of where the council is going, long-term
• Input from unit-level leaders on how to best implement the Strategic Plan
• Contributions from participants who want to help implement the plan

There will be four virtual interactive sessions, all 7:00-7:45 PM, via Zoom:

District/Council level volunteers, Monday, March 13th

Den Leaders, Wednesday, March 15th

Scoutmasters/Advisors, Tuesday, March 21st

Committee Chairs/Charter Reps, Thursday, March 23rd

Please join us! The sessions will be tailored to the specific audiences, but anyone is welcome to join any session. No pre-registration will be required.
