Merit Badge Saturday

When:              October 24, 2026, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm

In case of inclement weather, information about cancelation will be sent out 48 hours in advance.

Cost:                 $15 per youth participant
                   

What to bring:  Lunch, snacks, water, chair, merit badge supplies, blue cards signed by unit leader for each merit badge.

This will be a Class A event; all attendees are expected to be in Class A uniform. No open-toed shoes.

Schedule:         07:00 — Check-in opens
                          07:45 — Opening flags
                          08:00 — Start Session 1
                          Noon — End Session 1, lunch
                          12:30 — Start Session 2
                          16:30 — End Session 2, closing
                          16:45 — Scouts depart

NEW FEATURE FOR THIS YEAR: Trail to First Class — This course gives Scouts an opportunity to learn, practice, and demonstrate essential Scouting skills while working toward advancement from Scout Rank through First Class. See the attached file for more information.

(Some merit badges will require additional work outside of this event to complete. It will be up to the Scout to coordinate with the counselor to complete the merit badge requirements.)
