Experience the Future of the Order: Pacific Summit Lodge Induction Experience!

A brand-new chapter in Order of the Arrow history is here, and every single member has an exclusive invitation to be among the very first to walk this new trail.

From October 23 - 25 at NorCal Adventure Area, our lodge is proud to host the Pacific Summit Lodge Induction Experience (LIE)!

What is the Lodge Induction Experience?

The Order of the Arrow is introducing its most inspiring, member-centered evolution in generations. The updated induction reimagines the journey's replacing isolation with guided crew reflection, introducing powerful new ceremonies and foundational traditions, updating ceremonial regalia, and transforming the former Elangomat role into inspiring new guides called Luminaries.

The Lodge Induction Experience is designed specifically for current OA members from newly inducted Ordeal Arrowmen to veteran Brotherhood, Vigil, and adult advisers. Instead of staffing or observing from afar, you will get to go through this modernized induction journey firsthand as a participant.

Why You Can't Miss This Weekend!

• Be the First to Walk the Path: Experience the brand-new activities, updated ceremonies, and shared crew conversations before newly elected candidates ever set foot on the trail.
• Unlock Future Staff Roles: Planning to serve on induction staff, join the ceremonies team, or step up as a Luminary in 2027? Experiencing this weekend as a participant as a first step to get started.
• Deepen Your Brotherhood: Connect with Arrowmen from across the entire council, renew the spirit of cheerful service, and share in great camp food and fellowship under the NorCal stars.
• Shape Our Lodge's Legacy: Be part of the foundational crew that launches this new era of leadership and brotherhood for our lodge.
