2025 Fall Fellowship @ Camp Winton

The Fall Fellowship is a huge lodge event where we meet up with all of our brothers for lots of food, fun, and fellowship.  In terms of fun, we have a great lineup of activities in store for this event, including Native American Activities, Dance and Drum, Ceremonies, Board Games, Outdoor Games, Indoor Games, and Patch trading! This weekend is also the time of year when we will come together to elect the new lodge officers for the 2025 year. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for those who are Brotherhood Eligible, with a Brotherhood Class and Ceremony being held on Saturday.

Instructions for the Fall Fellowship Registration.

If you are under 18 you will need to bring the Parental Firearms Permission and Release Form

To provide Emergency Health Services, ALL members, including adults, must bring a copy of their BSA Annual Health and Medical Record & Release Form.

You must have your 2025 membership dues paid. If not, then you can pay them online through the Lodge website or bring your dues to the Fellowship.

There is an on-site fee if the registration is not received before the event so check the registration deadline date.

Payments

If you register here (GEC Website) and choose to pay on-site at check-in, there is a $5 convenience fee (total +$5).
If you do not preregister and choose to register on-site at check-in, there is a $20 on-site fee (total +$20).
