ARE YOU READY FOR ADVENTURE?

Fall asleep to the sounds of the forest and wake up in the crisp, cool mountain air. Experience magical sunsets over the waters of the lake. Listen to laughter and songs ringing though the trees as kids get outside and get to be kids! Watch new friendships form, teamwork on full display and see smiles you wont forget. Camp Winton provides an unforgettable Cub resident camping experience, with 3 cub sessions and one Webelos/AOL session to choose from to fit your schedule. Our rustic, lake-front camp is situated in the Tahoe National Forest on the stunning Lower Bear River Reservoir. Hit the lake Winton Waterfront for canoeing, kayaking, swimming and water play. Test your aim at our Archery and BB ranges. Try hands-on STEM experiments at the Winton Institute of Technology. Create art, learn showmanship and make keepsakes at Handicraft. Learn the scouting staples: fire, knots and knives at Scoutcraft. Enjoy an ice-cream in the sun with new friends at the Winton Trading Post. Our one-of-a-kind staff will have your kids singing, dancing and having the time of their lives at campfires and dance parties! Professionally prepared meals and timeless Winton traditions make this a not to miss Scouting experience. Come and be a part of our legacy and find out why everyone loves Camp Winton!
