Come to the American River District Dinner!

Join us for an evening of fun and fellowship at the American River District Dinner on January 8th, 2025. Location: Blue Oak Elementary 2391 Merrychase Dr, Cameron Park, Ca 95682.

Doors open at 6:45pm for socializing, setting your food on the potluck table, and finding your seat. Dinner starts at 7:00pm and ends around 8:30pm.

Registration is required for this dinner, with a fee of $20.

This will be a Potluck dinner. Bring a dish to share, appetizers, water, soda, juice, or desserts. The potluck sign-up page will be sent via email, and I will be following up with everyone to make sure we are signing up to bring something if you are registering for the event.

We also need these items donated: Plates, cups, napkins, plasticware, ice, and large table clothes.

We will award the District Award of Merit, the Spark Plug Award, which is our District’s recognition for the Scouters who have made a positive difference in a short amount of time, and other awards and recognitions.

Again, the cost is $20 for adults to defray expenses. Registration closes on January 3rd, 2024. Youth are welcome and free!
