CST3 Leadership Forum 2024 is open to all Council Officers, including the Key 3, VPs, and Committee Chairs:

Friday, March 15th:

Check in begins at 1:15 pm, Program begins at 2:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm

Keynote Address:  Glen Pounder, Youth Protection Executive, Boy Scouts of America 

Special guest Matt Henry, BSA Philanthropic Advisor, regarding fund development

Share Council successes and collaborate with other Councils

Saturday, March 16th:

Program begins at 8:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm

Panel discussion on Membership recruiting, methods and successes

Eight subject sessions (you will choose 4 at the site) on Safety, Finances, Camps, Council Collaboration, DEI,    Relationships, YPT & AB 506 and the CST

Positional breakout sessions:  Chairs, Commissioners, Scout Executives, etc.

Additional Session: (Open to all current or incoming Council Key 3 members only)

Council President/Chairman Workshop

Friday, March 15th

Check in begins at 7:30 am, Program begins at 8:00 am and ends at 12:15 pm

Subjects include the President/SE Relationship, Officer and Board Member training and expectations, goal setting and strategic planning, and collaboration with other Council Presidents/Chairs. This session includes Friday lunch.
