This event will follow the general format of previous Forums, which include sessions on Friday focused on Governance, Finances, and Fundraising Development, along with breakout sessions for Council Working Groups. Saturday will include a main focus on Membership Growth, Council Board break outs to review your approach in closing your year Membership Strong, Retention, Staffing to support Volunteer teams, and a Council Board break out to discuss your Board plans growing membership rolling into 2027.

Who Should Attend?

Council Key 3, Council Board Members, District Leaders….  Anyone who wants to know more about how to elevate their Council to new heights in 2026 and beyond.

Cost: $90 which includes Friday Lunch, Friday Social Hour and Dinner, Saturday Lunch for all.

Book hotel accomodations early, as we have been advised there is a soccer tournament in the area and lodging may be harder to find.

Dress is casual and jeans are fine.  We want you to be comfortable.
