Please register your cubscout for the rank they will be after June 1st-Sept.

 (No new incoming Lion’s can register as their program starts on Sept 1st.)

 Register your cub as the rank they will be on June 1st-Sept.    If your cub is currently a Tiger then register them as a Wolf. If your cub is currently a Wolf then register them as a Bear. If your cub is currently a Bear then register them as a Webelos. If your cub is currently a Webelos then register them as an Arrow of Light (AOL)

 Tigers (1st grade) Wolves (2nd grade) Bears (3rd grade), Webelos (4th grade) & Arrow of Light (5th Grade)

On Thursday June 4 @ 6:30 pm is a mandatory camp orientation and time to turn in your registration paperwork at Edna Batey Elementary School 9421 Stonebrook Dr., Elk Grove and receive your t-shirt and other items for camp.  See attached documents. (Parental permission slips for Climbing Wall & Range & Target Activities. Must be signed even if the parent will be with them at the event.  A Medical form AB for all volunteers, cub’s and staff  must be turned in and the Adult Volunteer Agreement.)

Your registration fee includes all camp activity dates on June 6 and June 8-12. 

June 6 is our Range & Target Activities Day which will be at Mohan's Ranch 10171 Grant Line Rd., Elk Grove. (Off Grantline Rd. in Elk Grove and specific directions will be emailed and an adult must be on the ranges and be responsible for their own cubscout.)

 Range Times: 8:30AM-2:00-pm.

Open to registered Tigers, Wolfs, Bears, Webelos, & Arrow of Light Cubs. (no siblings).   Ranges include bbguns, archery, & sling shots to earn their belt loops/pins for each range activity. This event will be at Mahon's Ranch in Elk Grove and is included in your Twilight Camp fee.  Directions & information will be emailed to you. This event is included in your registration.

Tigers & Wolves a8:30am arrival

Bears   9:00am arrival

Webelos & AOL   9:30am arrival

**Twilight Camp Schedule June 8-12-2026

Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 8:00pm- Everyone will bring their own sack dinner.

Location: Edna Batey Elementary School

Friday June 12-Family Swim Night- Also included in your registration.

Event will be at the Jerry Fox Swim Center, 9950 ElK Grove-Florin Rd., Elk Grove. (Included in your camp fee) so the kids can earn their swimming elective belt/pin.  

All age family members are invited to attend this night as we rented the pool for our group only and all familiy members can participate after dinner.   

5:00-6:00pm  Cub Scouts Swimming time for working on swimming elective

6-00-6:30pm  Dinner (bring your own dinner)

6:30-7:45pm  Free swim for all families. Leave pool by 7:45pm

 Registration is online by your Unit Coordinator or adults can register themselves & youth Individually. Packs need to provide at least two registered adults to help as staff. Kids will be put together in dens based on their new rank, so please register your child based on the new rank they will start working on this summer.  

Everyone will need to know your Pack # . You are in the Golden Empire Council, and your district is the Three Rivers. Out of district attendees are welcome to register.    

We encourage Den Chief's, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts and OA to help as staff. The cubs really like having you there at camp! You will also need to know your unit # and district name to register for camp. There is no fee and you will need to wear your field uniform or unit activity shirt each day.  

***Tiger Partners are BSA registered as a parent partner with their Tiger and must be responsible for their own Tiger Cub at all times at camp. (No exception) The parent must register as a Tiger Partner. 

Online registration WILL close May 25, 2026 so we have time to order & prepare supplies, form dens and make sure we have enough leadership for camp. 

Camp Registration Investment-- Remember to register your child for the rank they will be after June 1st-Sept 

Cubs (Tigers, Wolfs, Bears, Webelos & Arrow of Light (AOL)-Register by their new rank June 1st)  $75.00

Adults/Staff $25.00 

Youth staff $0   During camp all youth staff will wear their unit's activity shirt or field uniform.

Bring these forms on June 4th i.e. medical form AB, Parental Permission for Range & Target Activities, adult volunteer agreement 2026, Climbing Wall parental permission form, 

Volunteers, please read the Twilight Camp Training & Safety Manual

All adult volunteers/staff will need to send a copy of their S.A.F.E Guarding Training & Safe Swim Defense Training certificates to dianeweissnotary@gmail.com before camp starts. 

Program price includes games, crafts, swimming, guest speakers, special activities, elective belt loop requirements, camp patch, backpack with water bottle & goodies, range & target activities, climbing wall, and lots more fun! Parents will be given a list of electives each scout has earned at the end of camp. Take that list to your pack advancement chair so they can purchase the belt loops/pins for your cubscout to be given out at your next pack meeting. (We will not be working on advancement belt loops/pins as this will be done during the year with their den leaders.)
