Registration for honorees is at no charge. Please select the number of honorees from the corresponding drop-down field.

For others, please select the number attending (in each age group). Children under 5 and under are free, but please include them so that we can plan.

If you wish to donate but cannot attend, please select "1" under "I cannot attend but wish to donate." You will be able to specify an amount but will not be marked as attending the dinner. (You may also donate if you do register for the dinner.)

Email address is required for the registration contact. If you are both registration contact and will be attending, please remember to include yourself in the number of people attending.

Except for the registration contact and honorees, names are optional but will help us at check-in.
