This 3D Archery event is for any youth in Scouts BSA, Venturing and Sea Scouts and adult leaders/partners. All youth under 18 must have a signed parental permission form  (paper only) at checkin even if the parent is attending the event. 

3D Archery is where the scout travels from range to range with council archery equipment, shooting at large size targets.  Bring a belt so you can tie on your quiver that holds your arrows. 

Check-in will be at 9:30AM and then everyone will be fitted with a bow and equipment.  

There will be only 1 training class for archery white training card at 9:00AM on event day. Please note the additional training dates below to get your archery, rifle & shotgun white card trainings.   

Please bring your white GEC Shooting Sports card with archery signed off. All partipants will need to have this card to shoot at this or any other shooting event i.e. Expo.   Choose 1 date and class-time start only. Class time is 1 1/2 hours long. All dates below are at the Galt Police Station Community Room 455 Industrial Dr., Galt CA. 95632

**Sat. March 7 at 2:30pm at The Woodland Scout Cabin, 515 Lincoln Ave. Woodland, CA. 

All these trainings are free for all participants. Classes are taught by an NRA Rifle, Shotgun Instructor and a USA  Archery Instructor. The training card allows participants to have more time on the ranges which provides safety information and instruction.  There is NO online registration. Only the first 100 participants can register. No siblings, only registered Scouts BSA, Sea Scouts, Venturers. Each participant must have a GEC White Target & Range Activities Card signed off for Archery to show to instructors on the ranges.
