All Scouters are welcome to attend to support your Awards Receipients.

(Covers cost of Dessert & Awards)

Registration closes at 11:59 PM, February 28, 2028

We need to know how many guests each unit are expecting. This information is needed for seating and desserts. Unit contacts can call Dave Ishikawa up to a week in advance with numbers.

Awards and Recognition to be Presented

District Award of Merit – Highest District Award for Volunteers

Phil Bollhoefer Spirit of Scouting Award – Outstanding Scouter

Family of the Year – Each Pack, Troop, Crew or Ship Selects One Family

Scouter of the Year – Each Pack, Troop, Crew or Ship Selects One Adult Scouter

Eagle Class of 2025 – We will recognize All Three Rivers District Eagles earning the award in 2025.  All Eagles in attendance will receive a token of recognition. Parents are encouraged to attend (don’t forget to register with your unit). 

• Eagle's and Presenter Name are VERY IMPORTANT in advance.
• Please make sure to provide who is presenting the Eagle Pin (Parent or Scout Leader).
  • Each Eagle Scout should have an individual presenting the pin and be seated with the Eagle Scout.
• The Eagle Class form is due by February's Roundtable, February 19, 2026

All Awards Nominations forms are PDF FILLABLE, and due by Thursday, January 15, 2026

Photos for the Program: Each Unit is asked to submit Unit Activity Photos to Dave Ishikawa by February 28, 2026.  We suggest group photos, close-ups of Scouts in action and award recipients in action.  Please submit photos to Dave Ishikawa.

• Please bring your unit flags (USA and Unit Flag) with stands.
• Number of unit members attending is VERY IMPORTANT.
  • Names of unit members and/or guests is optional.
