Deadline to Register is December 31, 2019 *Scouts must bring attached BSA Permission Slip to Event* There will be “NO” on site registration.

Cost: $20 for up to two classes. Optional $5.00 lunch (Hot Dog, Potato Chips, Water) 

Schedule :       
Check in begins:   7:30 am       
Opening Ceremony:  8:00 am     
Session 1:     8:15 am - 11:15 am       
Lunch:      11:15 am - 12:00 am 
Session 2:     12:00 am - 3:00 pm   

First Aid and Automotive Maintenance require both sessions. 

MERIT BADGES OFFERED AND PREREQUISITES:  Numbers indicate requirements to be completed in advance with proof to be presented to the Counselor.

INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 1. Each Scout must bring:  a. Completed blue card signed by their Scoutmaster for each Merit Badge class  b. BSA Permission slip (page 2 of this flyer)  c. Merit Badge books (read in advance of class)  d. Pen and Paper  e. Proof of completion of prerequisites, including all written work (i.e. worksheets and drawings)  2. Each Scout must complete all prerequisites before class. Scouts must bring appropriate proof of completion of all prerequisites and be prepared to discuss. Partials will be recorded for those whose work is incomplete (in accordance with BSA standards)  3. Each Scout should wear official BSA Scout Uniform and appropriate footwear (NO flip-flops)  4. Registration and class assignments are on a first come, first served basis. Class size is limited, so register early.  5. No refunds will be given for any reason. Scouts who cannot afford the registration fee should contact the Registrar about scholarships available.  6. Scouts are limited to only ONE Eagle required class at a merit badge event  7. An email with further information will be sent to each registered Scout at least one week prior to the event.
