You'll learn essential teaching techniques and skills to present effective training to youth and adult Scouters alike. Whether you're looking to refresh your skills or learn how Scouting America approaches training, this course will provide valuable tools for all.
Module 2: Trainer’s EDGE
Trainer’s EDGE is a must-attend course for anyone seeking to enhance their training, presentation, and platform skills. Required for Wood Badge, but valuable for all trainers, this module will boost your ability to lead engaging and impactful training sessions.

Pre-course Preparation: Please prepare a 10- to 12-minute presentation on a topic of your choice from any BSA material. Your presentation should allow you to demonstrate the skills of a trainer learned throughout the day. You will receive constructive feedback on your presentation from the other participants.
