National Youth Leadership Training Summer (NYLT)

2025 National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT)
National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is a dynamic, 6-day program designed to empower youth members with essential leadership skills and experiences that can be applied in their Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, Sea Scout Ships, schools, and beyond. NYLT blends the best of modern leadership techniques with the core values and traditions of Scouting. The course focuses on developing a leader’s mindset, knowledge, and actions, with a strong emphasis on how to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.
