Let's get COOKING! Learn the basics of cooking in our Cooking Merit Badge Class. Participants will cook delicious meals like grilled chicken kabobs, grilled stacked cheese burgers, spaghetti, pancakes and sausage, and loaded baked potatoes in the outdoors at NSB as well as practice cooking meals of their choice for their families at home. Students will also learn about nutrition, meal planning, health and safety, and careers in cooking. No need to bring a mess kit, NSB has got you fully covered.

Classes are on 01/04, 01/11 & 01/18. From 9am to 1pm.

*NOTE: Day 3 class (last class) will not be at NSB, parents will need to drop off and pick up their student from Fairview Park, 2525 Placentia Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.  NSB Staff will be at this site supervising the students at all times.  

Please remember to check the attachments for additional details before your class begins. BSA medical form AB is required and must be turned in at check-in.
