Hit the water with a single or double kayak or stand up paddle board rental! Before launching, get a quick briefing on 4 different paddle strokes, basic boating safety, and a laminated guide on routes and harbor landmarks to explore. Watercraft  and paddles are provided.
We offer Ocean Kayak brand kayaks, which are sit on top bay cruisers and our Stand Up Paddle Boards are BruSurf Brand – Lightweight Fiber Glass/ABS Plastic Performance with a range of sizes from 10'8" to 11'6" 

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent equipment and willing to take financial and legal responsibility for the equipment you are renting (no more than 5 rentals per adult). Minors can use the equipment rented, but must be supervised by someone at least 18 years of age.

You must be at least 10 years old and 65 pounds to paddle your own paddleboard or kayak.
  Children under 10 years of age or 65 pounds are allowed to ride on a stand up paddleboard or kayak with someone who meets the age and weight requirements.

*Life jackets are provided and are required at all times while on the water and on the Newport Sea Base docks*

This session runs from 1:30pm-4:00pm on designated Saturdays.
