Chapter Officer Training Day (COTD for short) is a training event designed to promote the development of Chapter’s Leadership, both youth, and adult. The event provides the resources and skills needed for the successful operation of our chapters. All Chapter Officers and Advisers should attend this event. All Arrowmen are invited to attend to develop leadership skills and help out your chapter and units.

COTD is a training opportunity for all chapter officers to learn more about their chapter responsibilities from the lodge counterpart.
