Become a “Trained” Leader for your Pack

• WHO:  All Pack Leaders, Den Leaders & Pack Parents
• WHAT: BALOO - Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation
• WHEN: October 18 -19 , 6:00PM Friday through 6:00PM Saturday. Check in Friday starts at 5:00PM
• WHERE: Huntington Beach Central Park
• WHY: For a Pack to go camping there MUST be at least one registered leader on the outing that is BALOO trained. Training also helps parents better understand the program.
   

BALOO Learning Objectives

1. Understand the focus of the Cub Scout level of the BSA outdoor program.
2. Acquire the skills and confidence necessary to plan and carry out a successful Cub Scout-level overnight activity.
3. Increase their knowledge of the resources available from the BSA for carrying out this activity
