Welcome to Scouting America, Orange County Council's 2025 Top Hand Training Conference!

This training will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025.

It will begin with a general session at 9 a.m. at the new council service center. Address is 2953 Pullman St., Santa Ana, CA 92705

The following committees will have a breakout session following the general session:

• District Chairs
• District Commissioners
• Membership Chairs
• Training Chairs
• Investment in Character/Fund Development Chairs
• Camping/Activities Chairs
• Advancement Chairs

The purpose of this event is to train our district leadership in their new/returning roles and do some goal setting as a committee for 2025.

There is a listed end time; however, each committee will conclude once their tasks are complete.

Coffee and a light breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. till 9:00 a.m. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
