Trail to Eagle 2023 Week 1 at Trask

~$55 per class (cancelations will incur a 25-75% fee based on council policy)

Trail to Eagle has been a long running program at Camp Trask. The merit badge program is designed to assist your scout in completing the merit badge(s) they have chosen, with prerequisites assigned to each merit badge. Each class is 1hr and 15min and includes review of the scout workbook, the work he/she has completed, lectures that pertain to the requirements, and study time in which the scout can ask questions and work on requirements in his packet. Please note that some classes may assign homework if the instructor feels more work is needed to appropriately complete the merit badge requirements. Scouts can sign up for 2 merit badges each week, 1 per session.

The Trask Merit Badge Program runs for up to 5 Days.  Monday thru Thursday is the normal class Schedule 5:30 or 7:15 start times, in which most badges can be completed if all prerequisites, packet work, and counselor reviews are done. Friday is a makeup day at which time all scheduled session start at 5:00 and end at 7:00. Please note this does not mean you have to be there at 5:00 but the Friday session is available and open to your scout to walk in and complete his merit badge. If a scout needs more time (for example, some requirements are time sensitive to be done over 7-30 days), we will arrange a session at a later date to complete the merit badge.
