This course equips participants with essential skills to create impactful training sessions and become effective leaders. Upon completion, participants will be able to:

• Design training sessions that empower participants to become better leaders.
• Build and lead effective training teams.
• Teach critical skills using proven methods.
• Utilize available resources effectively.
• Anticipate and address potential challenges.
• Evaluate and refine presentations to enhance training quality.

TRAINER'S EDGE (H96)
Time: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Elevate your training and presentation abilities with Trainer’s EDGE! This program is crafted to deepen understanding of the EDGE model (Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable) and build confidence through hands-on practice. Open to presenters of all skill levels, Trainer’s EDGE offers a supportive environment for growth. Participants will:

• Engage in presenting to small groups, receiving constructive feedback to refine their skills.
• Provide positive, helpful feedback to others.
• Gain valuable experience to become a more knowledgeable and effective trainer.

NOTE:
Please come prepared with a 7-10 minute presentation on any Scouting-related topic to share with the group.
