Join us for our El Camino Real District Dinner, an esteemed occasion dedicated to honoring and celebrating outstanding achievements and contributions within our dynamic Scouting community. This event presents a variety of awards that highlight excellence in leadership and service, underscoring the values at the heart of the Scouting program.

Our District Dinner fosters a spirit of camaraderie and strengthens appreciation for the fundamental principles instilled by Scouting. It serves as a tribute to the unwavering dedication and positive influence of our Scouts, leaders, and volunteers. Units should bring centerpieces for their tables .

• 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Check-in 
• 6:00pm – 7:00pm: Dinner 
• 7:00pm – 8:30pm: Awards

THE NOMINATION PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. Any ot a Unit's Key-3s may submit a nomination of a volunteer within their Unit for one of the awards below. Units should agree amongst themselves on who they want to submit for awards. (If a non-Key-3 member wants to nominate someone, we encourage them to first discuss it with one of their Key-3. In "extraordinary" circumstances, we can talk about still accepting the nomination.)
2. Baden-Powell Award (given to Registered Uniformed Leaders).
3. Extra Mile Award (given to other Volunteers).
4. Maximum of 3 awards for each, per Unit. If you would like to change your nominations, please send us an email regarding what changes you would like. If the limit is exceeded, please reach out to us in advance, or else we will just take the first 3 of each based on the completeness of the nomination form and the time-stamp of the submittals.
