Our Den Leader Position-Specific Training is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge for navigating the world of Cub Scouting. You'll delve into the intricacies of your role as an adult leader, uncover the responsibilities that come with it, and discover a wealth of resources at your disposal to ensure your triumph.

Led by experienced instructors, this in-person offering goes beyond the online training available for Den Leaders and their Assistants. It presents a comprehensive experience that immerses you in the dynamics that drive a Den's functionality. Through this interactive session, you'll not only acquire insights into the moving parts that harmonize within a Den but also foster teamwork and engage in fruitful idea exchange with fellow Scouters who share your passion and dedication.
