The Citizenship in the Nation merit badge is an Eagle-required badge for Scouting America (formerly the Boy Scouts of America). It is designed to help Scouts learn how the United States government works, understand their constitutional rights and responsibilities, and become active, informed citizens.  To earn the badge, Scouts complete a series of requirements that explore national heritage, civic engagement, and current events. 

Date & Time: Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:00pm

Cost: $50 per Scout (15 scouts max in class)

Citzenship in the Nation Merit Badge: 

• Feild uniform
• Signed Blue Card
• Read all the requirements
• Worksheet is suggested
• Be ready to dicuss all the requirements
• Prerequistes to completed prior 5,6 (make sure to answer all the questions),7, and 8
