With the start of school approaching, we are heading into our traditional peak recruitment period. The primary focus of this meeting will be membership, emphasizing recruiting, retention, and renewal (re-charter). We will discuss recruitment strategies, marketing campaigns, and what current and historical membership metrics mean to us. The agenda includes an update from our Council Key 3 and status reviews of our product campaigns. The meeting will include moderated interactive discussions on membership where everyone can share their input. 

There is a complimentary lunch during which you can network with staff and volunteers after the meeting.  All district leaders, district committee members, unit and district commissioners, council committee and board members, and adult volunteers are encouraged to attend.
