These are individual merit badges available to all registered Scouts going into 6th grade in Fall 2026 up to their 18th birthday.  This is for rank advancement within the Scouts, Scouting America so they must be registered with a Troop.  It is open to all Troops, both in Long Beach Area Council and out-of-Council.
