Join us for a two-day Canoeing and Sailing Merit Badge Weekend at the Shoreline Lake Boathouse in Mountain View! Scouts will have the opportunity to work with experienced instructors in a beautiful waterfront setting while completing either the Canoeing or Small-Boat Sailing Merit Badge.

Two merit badge courses will be offered concurrently throughout the weekend — one for Canoeing and one for Sailing. Scouts cannot do both merit badges in the same weekend.

As an added benefit, the Sailing Merit Badge track covers skills and concepts from Shoreline Lake's introductory sailing curriculum. (For more information regarding further sailing instruction, etc., please contact the Boathouse directly.)

This is a two-day event.

November Classes: Must attend both days to earn the Canoeing or Sailing merit badge.

• Saturday, November 14: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Swim Checks will be held at 9:30 AM for those who have not passed the Swimmer Test in the last 12 months.
• Sunday, November 15: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
