Join us for a month full of weekend Merit Badge classes!

It's all based on not only your Scout’s earning a new merit badge but also possibly finding a new hobby! We know being stuck at home for another month or more is hard, so why not make the best of it and earn some merit badges while possibly finding a new hobby along the way?

We will be offering merit badges every weekend in September such as:

• Movie Making
• Collections
• Photography
• and more!

Class Times and Attendance

Class sessions will be held online via Zoom or similar platforms. The sessions will occur at the appointed time for the class on either Saturdays or Sundays. Some classes have just 1 session while others have mutiple.

Scouts are expected to attend each scheduled session associated with classes they have registered for. Scouts cannot expect to complete a merit badge without attending each session AND completing any prerequisites.

Prerequisites

Some classes have prerequisites. You can view the prerequisites for each class in the class catalog here.

Blue Cards

Merit Badge Counselors will be recording completed requirements and merit badges in the online registration system. This will allow you to download electronic blue cards that are digitally signed by the counselor when the merit badge is completed. If a Scouts does not complete a merit badge, you can download an Incomplete Badge Report, which will provide information on which requirements they did complete, so they can go back to the counselor or another counselor later to complete the merit badge.
