Rocket League-O-Ree
July 28 - July 31

(All Tournament matches will occur 2-6pm)

Come experience friendly competition against other Troop teams around the Council in the first ever virtual Rocket League Tournament! We will set up a bracket style tournament between Troop teams of 3 that sign up to play 3 vs 3 style matches.  

This event is open to all Scouts BSA members, including the newest Scouts who have just joined!

We have dedicated (Private) rooms in Rocket League available for Troops to compete against one another and see what Troop has the best Rocket League team!

We will send the Room address and Password for your match out the day of your Match. These Rooms will be offline until the match is set to begin.
 

Requirements to get started:

1) First, make sure that you are registered at the Council Website. We need this to get an idea of the number of Troops/teams to set up the bracket for the tournament. We are limited to the amount of matches we can have each day so sign up right away. Only first 32 Teams of 3 will be able to attend.

2) Next, and this is REALLY IMPORTANT! You MUST own a copy of the game Rocket League. This game is already free for Xbox Game Pass as well as PlayStation Plus members. This can also purchase it on Nintendo Switch and PC. All versions are compatible to play against each other so get all your friends together to compete. Troops can have multiple teams.

3) Download the game on your console of choice and run the updates before the session starts.  It sometimes takes 10-15 minutes to get everything installed if you are starting from scratch.

4) WE WILL SEND YOU THE ROOM NAME AND PASSWORD to your team the day of your match. Since this is a Scout Server, please do not share it with your friends.  Only registered members allowed to attend.

We will create Rocket League dedicated (private) servers, allowing only our participants -- so Pacific Skyline Scouts only!
