OA Lodge Leadership Development

The youth of the Ohlone Lodge will be conducting an LLD session for all current Arrowmen, using the national syllabus.

We have not selected the individual sessions yet, but it will likely come from this list: Vision, Goals, and sharing them; Conversion (induction process); Building and Maintaining Relationships; Performing effectively in your role, and more! Snacks and meals will be provided.
