Live Scan Fingerprinting

Live Scan Event at the Palo Alto Service Center.
When: Tuesday 11/29; starting at 6:00 pm (and adding a 2nd and 3rd hour if needed)
PLEASE REGISTER FOR EARLIER TIMES SLOTS IF ABLE.
Where: Palo Alto Service Center; 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto
Cost: $35.00 for cash and checks,   $37.50 for credit card.  (paid on site)

Please note you can complete your LiveScan fingerprinting prior to CA Mandated Reporter Training
Step 1: Complete the 2 hour State Mandated Reporter Training for volunteers. You will receive a certificate of completion when the online training is finished. 
Step 2: Use this link to upload your Mandated Reporter Certificate and completed Background Check Consent Form.
Step 3: Download the Live Scan request form, bring it with you to the Live Scan.
Step 4: Get your LiveScan fingerprinting.
