Join the Peninsula Scout Shop for a new Cub Scout event. Scouts will learn bike and road safety, get help with helmet and bike checks, and go on on a bike ride.

Scouts in grades K through 5 will have the opportunity to work on belt loop requirements:

• Lion (Kindergarten): On a Roll
• Tiger (1st Grade): Rolling Tigers
• Wolf (2nd Grade): Pedal with the Pack
• Bear (3rd Grade): Bears on Bikes
• Webelos (4th Grade): Pedal Away
• Arrow of Light (5th Grade): Cycling

Time: Check-In starts at 9:30 AM, Bike Rodeo begins at 10:00 AM and ends at approximately 2:00 PM. This is not a drop-in event.

What to Bring:

• Bike
• Properly fitting bike helmet
• Water bottle
• Lunch
• Sunscreen
• BSA Medical Form Parts A, B1, and B2
• Webelos and AOL need to bring a bike lock in order to complete Requirement 4
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activity (your Pack tshirt is a great choice if you have one) and closed toe shoes. Uniform is not required.

All scouts must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Each rank has a bike ride requirement. A guided bike ride will be available for youth in 3rd-5th grade and their parents. The ride will go to Coyote Point, but families can stop and turn back as needed.
