Unit Registrations are now Open!
Unit registrations are now in the deposit phase. To reserve a spot for your unit click the green button corresponding to the session of camp your unit would like to attned,
This initial registration will require a $300 deposit to hold your unit's spot. Attendee counts may serve as estimates until your unit's final balance is due on May 1, 2021. However, we encourage you to make the counts as close as possible to what the actual will be. Final per-person fees have not yet been determined, however the payment schedule will mirror prior years' schedule. That payment schedule will be,
- $100 per person deposit due January 15, 2021
- $100 per person deposit due March 15, 2021
- Balance of fees due May 1, 2021
- NOTE: The balance of fees will be based on the total number of youth and adults you have registered as of May 1.

To make your initial registration you do not need any information about the attendees. However, all information will be required no later than May 1, 2021. This includes, name, date of birth, gender, and BSA membership number. Additionally, you will need to provide Youth Protection date, cell phone number, and email address for all adults attending. Again, this information will all be required beginning May 1, 2021. NOTE: Merit Badge registration will open on March 15, 2021. In order to register any Scouts for merit badges, you will need to provide their information prior to that date and have their deposits fully paid as listed above.
An account is not necessary to make your reservation, however having an account will make maintaining your unit's registration much easier. Please click the "My Account" button in the upper right-hand corner of this screen and then click the green "Register" button to create your account. If you already have an account, be sure you are logged in by clicking the "My Account" button.
Each unit is required to have a minimum of 2 adults over the age of 21. Girl Troops must have at least one of these 2 leaders be female. All adults attending summer camp must be registered members of the BSA and have current Youth Protection Training throughout your stay at camp.
At this time, we are accepting payment by check or e-check only. We do not accept credit cards for camp fees. If paying by e-check, you will need your bank's routing number and your account number. If paying by check, please mail a check for the total amount owed, along with a copy of your registration confirmation, which you will receive via email. The campsite matrix below shows current room in each campsite. Your unit will only be permitted to select a campsite that matches your unit's size. The stated capacities are for total participants, youth and adults. The minimum capacity for exclusive use of a site is 75%. Units that do not meet that minimum capacity may have to share a site with one or more other units, or may be moved. At the discretion of the Camp Director, units may be moved to a more appropriately sized site as camp needs dictate, up to the day of your unit's arrival. Site preferences are on a first-come, first-reserved basis. Camp Oljato reserves the right to change your campsite assignment.
