2025 Stanford District Dinner

Pre-registration CLOSED:  Please register and pay at the door

Please join us in honoring our Scouts and Scout Leaders at our annual district dinner and recognition program.  Please encourage your packs and troops to attend and support your award recipients from your unit and the district.  This is also a great opportunity to invite your Charter Organization Representative, too. 

Notes:  1) When registering, please do your best to provide names for each guest so we can print name tags.
            2) Please register by March 6 to help us ensure that we have enough food.  After March 6 we will keep registration open but with a $5 late fee until March 14, so everyone will have an opportunity to join us.

When: Friday, March 14 2025;  6:30pm check-in/gathering; 7:00pm dinner & program

Where: Christ Episcopal Church - Parish Hall; 1040 Border Road, Los Altos, CA     MAP

Price:

  • $ 40.00/person (covers dinner, awards, venue costs, etc.) / $45.00/person after March 6; OR
  • $300.00/table ($20 discount for 8 people).  (Note: When registering, we will ask for the names of each person.)
