This annual event recognizes Scouts, Scouters, and Community Leaders who give outstanding service to the Scouting movement along with units for their council support. 

The highlight of the evening, the Silver Beaver  -  the council level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America.   It is considered the highest award a Boy Scout Council can bestow upon a volunteer Scouter.  The Silver Beaver Award is given to individuals who, through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication and many years of service, have evidenced exceptional service to the BSA, service of exceptional character to non-Scouting youth, and service or standing within the community.

Again, this year we will be recognizing Scouting Veteran Leaders—from 5 years to 90 years.    If 2022 was a 5-year milestone for you or a fellow leader, please submit a Veteran Award Application. Applications should be submitted to the Scout Office no later than January 15, 2023.    Veteran Award Application available at the registration page.
