SOUTHERN SIERRA COUNCIL BSA PRESENTS:

WEBELOS/AOL CAMPOUT 2025

Gergen Ski Ranch - 10658 Round Mountain Road - Bakersfield

Early Bird Registration Deadline - $45 per person until Sept. 26 at 11:59 pm

Regular Registration - $50 per person from 9/27 to 10/7/25 - 11:59 pm

Registration fee covers site, activities, meals & patch.

All WEBELOS, Arrow of Light Scouts and Parents are invited to attend this Council-wide camping/activity trip.  Here the Scouts will set up camp, work on Adventure pins as well as participating in kayaking/canoeing, range & target sports and campfire programs.

WHEN:

Check-In – Friday, October 10th - Begins at 5 PM - Follow signs to registration

Check-Out – Sunday, October 12th - 10:00 AM - Assembly Area

Register online between September 1 & October 7.

 WHAT TO BRING: Dinner on Friday evening is to be provided by you. Please eat before camp or bring a sack dinner. There are no personal campfires or cooking areas allowed in camp. Also bring any/all camping gear: Tent, Sleeping Bag, Sleeping Pad, Camp Chair etc.  Packs will camp together in the same area.

IMPORTANT TO BRING:  BSA Medical Form - Parts A & B

Additionally, please have a skit or song you would like to perform as a Den/Pack for the Saturday evening campfire.

Join us for a fantastic weekend at Gergen Ski Ranch where we will be offering a number of adventures including Paddle Onward & Paddle Craft.  

This year we will be offering canoeing and kayaking with swim checks scheduled for Friday evening.  Swim checks can be done in advance by a certified lifeguard - Swim check certification form available in attachments.

We will provide the fun, food and activities, you provide the camping gear and a Scout looking for fun and adventure.  Get your Webelos or Arrow of Light den together and register early to save money and we will see you there.

*This is a Webelos/Arrow of Light and Adult partner event.  Please no siblings.   There are no facilties or activities for additional family members.
