Trainer’s EDGE helps develop the skills of a trainer focusing on the participant raising their individual trainer skill levels. This course “trains the trainer” on behaviors and resources while offering hands on experience in training methods and media. 

Recommended for:  Council, District, and Unit Trainers, Youth* and Adult Leaders

Required for:  NYLT*, Wood Badge, and Commissioner College staff

* Youth leaders in attendance may also complete Public Speaking Merit Badge
