The Southern Sierra Council - Scouting America is proud to introduce this special event - promising food, fun and fellowship.

11:00am to 3:00pm.

Crusader Brewing Company - a local, veteran owned craft brewery (5880 District Blvd - Suite 18)

Featuring the gourmet baked potato, with samples provided by local restaurants

Sample size is approximately ¼ of a baked potato. Each eatery will provide their take on the “ultimate” baked potato. Attendees will taste and then vote for their favorite. The winner will be featured at the Boy Scout Baked Potato Booth during the Kern County Fair.

Potato Passport - $25 each -- good for 10 different samples

Passport preorder & Sponsor commitments online OR available at the door.

Crusader will offer cool beverages for sale. There will be live music entertainment. This event will have something for everyone.

Sponsorship Levels:

Presenting Sponsor $5,000

• Sponsor name will be prominently displayed on promotion materials and at the event.
• Sponsor will be able to bring their own banner and other promotional items to display at the event.
• Sponsor will have opportunity to name the trophy for winning baked potato and participate in the award presentation.
• 20 Potato Passports for attendees

Yukon Gold Sponsor: $2,500

• Sponsor name will be prominently displayed on promotion materials and at the event.
• Sponsor will be able to bring their own banner and other promotional items to display at the event.
• 10 Potato Passports for attendees

Russet Sponsor $1,000

• Sponsor name will be displayed on promotion materials and at the event.
• 4 Potato Passports for attendees

Supporters: $500

• Sponsor name will be displayed at the event.
• 2 Potato Passports for attendees

Proceeds will benefit local Scouting by providing program resources to more families and to support volunteers delivering the adventure to young people.
