Order of the Arrow - Lodge Leadership Development - LLD & Banquet

Location:  Centennial Elementary - 15200 Westdale Dr. - Bakersfield, CA 93314

This year at our Lodge Leadership Development we will be having our training sessions for scouts and leaders on the following topics:

- Conversion - The Induction Process to Brotherhood

- Time Management

- Membership Retention

- Unit Relations (Adult)

The LLD will also include activities for Arrowmen, Scouts and Scouters to enjoy in collective fellowship.  The Afternoon Banquet will include Meal, Awards, Recognition, and appointment of new Key 3 Youth Leaders.

Training sessions are open to all Southern Sierra Council Scouts BSA members.

All Arrowmen are strongly encouraged to attend and participate at our LLD.
