7:00 AM on Saturday to 12:00 pm on Sunday (overnight experience required)

BALOO - BASIC ADULT LEADERSHIP OUTDOOR ORIENTATION

If you are camping and/or attending Pack outings and overnights - BALOO training is for you!!

BALOO training helps adults and volunteers understand the basics of leading/teaching age-appropriate outdoor skills at the Cub Scout level.  

REQUIRED:  A BALOO-trained adult is required to attend all Pack outdoor activities and overnight campouts.

IOLS - INTRODUCTION TO OUTDOOR LEADER SKILLS

If you are transitioning from a Pack to a Troop soon - IOLS is for you.

If you plan to camp with your Troop - IOLS is for you!!

IOLS training helps all adults and volunteers understand the basics of leading/teaching Trail-to-1st Class Rank outdoor skills to Scouts BSA.

IOLS training prepares any adult and volunteer to transition from a Pack to a Troop.

REQUIRED:  IOLS training is REQUIRED for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters.
