NOAC is an event similar to the National Jamboree, but for OA members only. Participants stay in MSU dormitories and meals are provided thru student dining facilities. Fun and exciting activities include: Dance and Ceremony competitions; patch trading; Native American exhibits; team outdoor activities; movies; a trading post; a festival; and theme shows.

Training sessions focus on Leadership, lodge operations; Native American traditions, crafts, and culture; outdoor ethics and high adventure opportunities.

The Conference fee is $545.00 which includes: meals, housing, program and training materials, and insurance. As Travel arrangements are made the cost will be reflected. 

Costs of transportation and Lodge specific clothing items and patches to be determined A deposit of $100 is due by November 15, 2019, payable to Sequoia Council.
