Join us for the Council's biggest celebration of Scouting with a tropical evening of fellowship, inspiration, and fun. This special evening recognizes our recent class of Eagle Scouts and volunteers who have been nominated by their peers for the Silver Beaver Award.

Where: Legends Beach located at 41377 Ave 10 1/2  Madera, CA 93636 ~ Just North of Valley Childern's Hospital

When: Friday, May 31, 2024. Reception begins at 6pm.

Attire: Business casual or Scout uniform

Menu: Catered by Yosemite Falls, our menu will feature tri-tip, blackened chicken pasta, grilled vegetables, salad and bread pudding. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions by May 24.  Special dietary needs upon request.

The Silver Beaver Award is the council-level distinguished service award. Recipients of this award are registered adult leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the council. The Silver Beaver is an award given to those who implement the Scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication, and many years of service. It is given to those who do not seek it. Nominations are due April 19th.
