Join us for a day-long Railroading Merit Badge session at Niles Canyon Railway! This hands-on experience offers Scouts the opportunity to learn about railroading history, operations, and safety while fulfilling the requirements for the Railroading Merit Badge.

Event Details:

Location: Niles Canyon Railway, 5550 Niles Canyon Rd, Sunol, CA 94586: Check-in  is at 8:00 AM and Classroom Session Starts at 8:30 AM 

Event Ends at 2:00pm

Pre-requisites: Scouts must complete requirements 2, 4, and 7 before the event day.
Day Pack Essentials: Scouts should bring:

A copy of the Railroading Merit Badge workbook:Merit Badge Workbook; Bluecard; Lunch, snacks, and water; Notebook and pen/pencil for notes

No walk-in registration – all Scouts must be pre-registered.
Limited Parking: Carpooling is strongly encouraged to accommodate all participants! (Parking lot can only accomidate 7 spots)

Spots are Limited – Only 25 Scouts can attend! Secure your registration early to participate in this exciting opportunity.
